THOMAS COUNTY RANCH

| Location: | The ranch is located in the heart of the Nebraska Sandhills just a few miles west of Thedford, Nebraska. |
| Access: | County road access approximately 1/2 mile off of State Highway. |
| Air Access: | The ranch is just 3 miles from a 4,500 foot runway in Thedford. The airport was built in 1998 and expanded in 2006. The airport is lighted from Dusk to Dawn and has a beacon. |
| Ground Water: | The livestock wells on the ranch pump from 120 to 150 feet. There are currently NO restrictions on drilling ground water wells in this NRD. |
| Livestock Water: | Livestock water at the windmills throughout the ranch. Most of the mills are 10' mills. |
| Topography: | Gently Rolling hills, Bluffs overlooking the river valley and some flats on the south end of the ranch. |
| Operation: | The ranch has been used as a cow calf ranch for several years. |
